Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan :
Job Description:
- Receive telephone request for price quotations, purchase orders, order changes, adjustments and cancellations directly fromdomestic customers, manufacturers and suplliers.
- Achieves, maintains and give the customer the best possible service.
- orders through personal sales call or by telephone
- continually prospect and qualify new customers
- conduct and follow-up service calls to all accounts to ensure customer satisfaction
- provide price quotes to all new and existing accounts upon demand
- Assure dissatisfied customers with prompt resulotion of any products or service problems that may occur
- Coordinates with other departments in handlingpurchase orders and providing service to customers
- Maintain a consistent and positive customer service image when interacting with customers.

Persyaratan Pengalaman :
- Diploma degree from reputable university/collage – preferable Chemistry, Biology, Microbiology, Chemical.
Keahlian :
Good command in both oral and writen english
- Good communication skill and computer literate

With qualifcation as below:
- Diploma degree from reputable university/collage – preferable Chemistry, Biology, Microbiology, Chemical.
- Fresh Graduate
- Age 20 – 24 years
