The person shall be responsible for leading and monitoring the tam assigned for handling merchandising

for assigned customer(s). The person is also responsible for servicing the existing customers, increasing

the business with them and also new customers/ markets. The day-today actives include

monitoring of customer orders and all communication for their accounts. The actives include Sourcing,

procurement, and approval with customers and order follow-up with production facilities.


Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan :


THE RESPONSIBLITES

 To maintain orde staus and planig targets on each Buyers.  On time dlivery ofrdes placed

 Maintain tmely PCD for the ordes  Negotiae and monitor Raw material cost  Discounts, Airfeight, Claims & Cancelation

 New Product Devlopment / Sample conversion

 New Acount Genration

 Fix the targets of perfomance for the Merchandiser  Ensure sampling timelines a comited to Customers  To monitor T&A chart for Efective implemntaionf buyerquiremnts.  The rgular folw-up witheam wilnclude:

o Devlopment and Costing

o Orde confirmation

o Sampling

o Fabric, Trims and Acesoriesourcing

o Aproval on Embroidery, Washing etc.

o Ensuring production folw-up and Shipment on Time  Devlop and train direct reports in alspects of the busines, encouragin them to achiev care

path goals withn the Company
