Description:
As Bali Operations Manager, you will contribute to our mission to provide high-quality educational programs for students and professors from universities around the world coming to visit Bali to learn. It is our main goal to provide cultural immersion experiences where students and other individuals can gain a true understanding of Balinese life, culture, religion, and tradition to expand their knowledge of their own area of study (biology, public health, psychology, art, leadership, etc.). One of your most important responsibilities is to understand the goals of our programs and to plan our program logistics with those goals in mind.
Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan :
You will be responsible for planning and confirming all aspects of logistics for Bali Institute programs, including lodging, food and transportation. You will work closely with our program development team to ensure that what we provide for a program is appropriate for the client and our budget. During our busiest times of year (especially June, July, and August) you will be working on the logistics for several programs simultaneously. You will be responsible for managing some junior staff members who will be assisting with program logistics before and during our programs. You must be excellent at communicating with our team to make sure all logistics meet the needs of the client, to confirm all logistics on time and within our budget, and to solve any problems while programs are running.
Persyaratan Pengalaman :
2+ years of experience in a logistics role (Travel agency, Hospitality, Yayasan, Education) • 2+ years in a management position (Travel agency, Hospitality, Yayasan, Education)
Keahlian :
Requirements:
• Excellent written and spoken English, Indonesian and Balinese
• Ability to work on several projects simultaneously
• Experience working with budgets
Kualifikasi :
* Must be an Indonesian citizen
• Great interpersonal skills
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Thorough knowledge of Bali
• Graduated a college program of study (Diploma or Bachelor)
• A willingness to learn and build meaningful relationships with people from around the world
• Presentable and confident
• Salary is negotiable
