As Internal Audit Manager you will be part of the senior leadership team and will manage company resources especially financial aspects, accountancy, taxation, and budgeting. Ensures proper financial reporting that complies with prevailing rules and regulations. You will report to CEO, and will have overall responsibility for accounts and book keeping, financial management, reporting, MIS, compliance, payroll management, overall support to operations, and ensuring that the finance and administration team is client-focused and client-responsive.

Task and Responsibilities:
• Manage the financial administration of microfinance funds and other mandates, including the timely and accurate delivery of financial information and investor reports;
• Manage the accounting function, ensuring the overall application of proper accounting standards and compliance with regulatory authorities; Ensure reliability and integrity of financial management information systems and reports;
• Manage the treasury management function, ensuring the cost-effective and efficient management of cash and funds; maintain cash flow projections;
• Manage the administrative function; oversee and control the administration of transactions generated by the delivery of financial products and services;
Persyaratan Pengalaman: • At least 4 years’ experience, preferably in a financial institution or heading the finance and accounts function;
Keahlian: - Experience in banking and microfinance is a strong preference;
- Microsoft Office
- Good in English
Kualifikasi: Qualified accountant with strong financial acumen and analytical skills;
• At least 4 years’ experience, preferably in a financial institution or heading the finance and accounts function;
• Extensive knowledge and hands on experience in independently managing various responsibilities in accounts and finance function;
• Overall understanding and deep insights into treasury and liquidity management, financial management, and internal control;
• Experience in banking and microfinance is a strong preference;
• Fluent in both written and spoken English;
• Attention to detail, good initiative, and high commitment;
• Good team management, inter-personal, and communication skills.
