Summary : Frontline support for widely used web apps and mobile interaction
Job Desc :
- Daily monitoring of system status, condition and performance
- Receiving inquiry and complaint from apps user (customer and business partner)
- Perform necessary check on the system upon apps user request and provide required information based on SOP
- Escalation to the second level support for unresolved status
- Log into ticket either from apps user request or self finding case.
Prerequisites :
- Vocational High School or Diplomma Degree in Computer or Information Technology
- Having interest on online application including server side and mobile application technology
- Willing to learn new technology in ICT
- Advantage point :
> Programming and Database : PHP, HTML5, CSS3, MySQL
> Server and Networking Management and Troubleshooting
> O/S : Linux Ubuntu or CentOS
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
