6) Good computer skills in Word, Excel and provide Presentation in Power Point for each Department

7) Used to work with Expatriates

8) Managing for Appointment of Meeting with Managers & Costumers

9) Preparing Budget for Presentation from all Departments

10) Should be dynamic enough to smoothly coordinate the Official Tasks

11) Can work Under pressure

12) Honest, discipline, hardworking, good interpersonal skill, good motivation and can work in a Team


Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan :


1. As the Assistant of General Manager

2. Manage all appointments within the company and others

3. Manage tickets and accommodation for official travel

4. Preparing monthly report from all departments in Power Point

5. Performs other relevant tasks as required


Persyaratan Pengalaman :
