Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Business Studies/Administration or equivalent.

• Required skill(s):

Female max 27 years old, knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures,

Knowledge of customer service principles and practices, customer service orientation, verbal and

Written communication skills.

• At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

• Applicants must be willing to work in Cowell Tower, Jakarta Pusat – Senen.

Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan :


- answer telephone, screen and direct calls

- take and relay messages

- provide information to callers

- greet persons entering organization

- deal with queries from the public and customers

- ensures knowledge of staff movements in and out of organization

- general administrative and clerical support

- prepare letters and documents

- receive and sort mail and deliveries

- schedule appointments

- maintain appointment diary either manually or electronically

- organize meetings

- tidy and maintain the reception area

- can work under pressure


Persyaratan Pengalaman :


At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.


Keahlian :


- Good command in English oral & written

- Having skill in Microsoft Office


Kualifikasi :


- Female,

- Age from 25 – 35 years old

- Proactive & Initiatives

- Discipline, and have a high loyalty to the company
