Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan :
a. Responsible for the long, medium and short term plans for the outlets. Starting with the
concept for each outlet, he works with the Executive Chef and the Restaurant Supervisor
in designing a Business Plan for the F&B operations.
b. Responsible for setting the Annual and Monthly Budgets and Forecasts.
c. Responsible for controlling over-all F&B costs and in maximizing profits and revenues.
d. Sets service standards, sets the example and is demanding in ensuring these are in place at all times.
Persyaratan Pengalaman :
Having experience minimum 2 year in the same position, preferably experienced in Hospitality Industry.
Keahlian :
1. Computer literate
2. Good English skills both oral and written
Kualifikasi :
1. Male or Female
2. Age between 25 – 35 years old
3. Ability to work under pressure and with minor supervision.
