As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible to the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to manage sales activities to achieve agreed business objectives include making appointments with customers to conduct daily sales, maintain & develop existing & new customers through appropriate propositions with appropriate sales methods, to optimize quality of service , business growth, & customer satisfaction; implement & support sales activities with predetermined timeline, & combines personal selling with other activities that support sales. Respond to and follow up sales inquiries using appropriate methods. Having the right sales strategy to achieve targeted sales by company
Special Requirements:
• Good Sales skill & Having solid business/corporate experience
• Bachelor Degree at any major
• Having experience in sales with a good achievement is a plus
• Good Communication, interpersonal, presentation and negotiation skill
• Having a good network and good track record (for experience)
• Target oriented and self motivated
General Requirements:
• Strive for excellence, Highly initiative, a team player, and hard worker
• Ability to work under pressure & ambiguity
• Fluency in written & spoken English
• Good command in MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point) and Lotus Notes
